 1) What is the return policy? All claims for shortages or damages must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. As a reminder this information is on the last line of all packing slips, along with the return address. If there is a manufacturing defect, our items are under warranty for ninety (90) days from date of purchase. If an item is being returned because you ordered incorrectly, a credit will be given less a 15% restocking fee (price of item refunded, not postage or shipping costs). Of course, no restocking fee or shipping is charged for items returned due to Pattycane error. A credit is not allowed for the following reasons:
2) What are the shipping methods and when will my order be shipped? We ship via USPS mail, UPS and FEDEX services. Currently, we only ship to addresses (no P.O. boxes) in the United States. We do not guarantee a specific date and time of delivery. We can provide tracking numbers for shipments, upon request, as soon as the shipper has assigned one, usually within 24 hours. We ship your order within 24 hours (unless backordered, Monday-Friday, except holidays) after clearance of payment. 3) What payment methods do you accept?
